Order value over $25: free shipping
All other orders : $8 flat rate shipping including tracking with Sendle or Australia Post.
*Express Shipping with Australia Post: $10 Flat Rate
*Next business day delivery for capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD). 2 to 4 days for regional areas.

Order value over AU$55: free shipping (excpet when any nail polish product is added to cart)
All other orders: AU$13 flat rate shipping including online tracking with Sendle.
*IMPORTANT*: Due to tightened restrictions on shipping dangerous goods from our courier providers, we are unable to ship any nail polish currently. All other products EXCEPT nail polish can be shipped to international destinations.
Please note: International orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Please ensure your delivery address is a street address.
Due to the cost imposed by the shipping providers we currently do not offer free shipping to international destinations, thank you for your understanding.
When will my order be shipped?
We guarantee next day dispatch for all orders placed before 17:00 AEST every weekday (excl. public holidays).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Australia orders are generally delivered within 2-6 business days after having been dispatched.
International (outside AU) orders are expected to be delivered within 8-15 business days.
Julisa is not liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you or any third party suffers as a result of a change in delivery times or a delay in delivery.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an email with the link to track your parcel online.
How about duties & taxes for orders outside Australia?
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges. Julisa is not able to declare your order as a gift.
What happens if I entered wrong delivery information?
Unfortunately, we can not change any order information once your order has been processed. so please ensure the correct shipping address is entered. If you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.
If you do enter the wrong address, this can delay the delivery by up to 4 weeks but our post service providers will eventually return the package to us. Julisa will cover the return fee from our post service providers but we will not cover the cost to resend the parcel to you.
What if my package goes missing?
Please email [email protected] if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time as outlined above. We can lodge a missing package investigation with our shipping providers. The investigation can take up to 4 weeks to process. If the parcel is deemed ‘lost’, Julisa will cover the cost to re-send you your purchase.
